So, with regard to your query, YES, you can use 12th standard admit card as an identity proof for the purpose of NEET application form.
As per criteria provided by NTA agency, candidates can use PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, 12th standard admit card or registration card, Passport, Aadhar card, Ration Card etc.,. The agency mentioned that, candidate must produce an original valid photo identification proof issued by government.

Hope you are doing great ! Open the portal with another mobile , click on the option "forget registration number" ,give them the details whatever they will ask and then enter OTP your admit card will be shown on your screen , download it and take a print out for future purposes.

So with regard to your query, you haven't mentioned anything about the name of the exam that you are wishing for. However, from your profile I assumed that you are mentioning about 10th standard exam. So for the purpose of 10th standard result, there various websites available on google, where you can check your result based upon your name and date of birth. These sites do not consider the roll number or hall ticket number.
However, if you still feel uncomfortable with the details, then you can consult your school authorities for the purpose of the details.

you can take black white admit card to the examination. It is not mandatory to take color print of the admit card. But the black white admit card should be clear and you must also take your valid ID proof for the examination without fail.

SSC conducts CGL at graduation level and SSC CHSL is mainly for those who have passed 10+2 from a recognized board, I assume you want to know about SSC CGL as admit card for SSC CGL was released on 7th April, the tier 1 exam is going to be conducted from 11th to 21st April,
just visit the official website at https://ssc.nic.in/portal/admitcard, click on your region that is the one you belong to, further you will be directed towards the website where you can view the link to download admit card, click on it, there after you have to enter details like registration number/dob, submit the same, if you don't remember your registration number, there is alternative option of putting in your name. your father's name and dob, you can also access your admit card via this route, download it and take a print out of few copies for future references, make sure all the details are correct in it, as from your profile it seems you belong to Karnataka, so you can also directly visit at https://ssckkr.kar.nic.in/sschallticket/cgl_2020_login.aspx to download your admit card, in case you're appearing from other region, follow the process I mentioned above.
