Hello,
It is mentioned in the Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Counselling Information Brochure that you need to upload the downloaded copy of the NEET UG 2021 Admit Card. So you do not have to worry if there is no signature and haven't affixed your passport size photograph as you have to upload the digital copy of the NEET UG 2021 Admit Card. However, at the time of admission you need to submit the original NEET UG 2021 Admit Card which you have carried to the examination center with your signature and your photograph affixed. Go through the instruction given in the information brochure by using the link

Candidates can also register for foundation course of CA after passing their class 10th examination through Provisional registration. So you can register for may 2022 CA foundation without admit card.
But you can appear in CA foundation exam only after passing class 12th examination .

Hope it helps you
Good luck!
Hello Student ,
Sorry to say you but you have not mention that about which examination you are talking about that so it is quite difficult for us to tell about that. But however in general in your dashboard if you are seeing that then maybe you have to do some corrections in your profile or in your application form. In that case I think you should contact to the Examination Authority directly with their helpline number which you can easily available from the Google you also can Mel them with all of the screenshots of your problems. They will definitely help you what to do further. Hope this will help you
You didn't mentioned the name of examination for which you have applied. I would recommend you that if you are facing such problem, it is always better for you to contact the exam authorities in the official helpdesk number.
Sorry for your inconvenience but as you haven't provided enough info we can't provide all the information required.
Have a great eve!
