Your profile suggests that you're from Uttar Pradesh. So I'm assuming you've applied for UPSEE MCA 2021.
And you haven't received any notification regarding the exam nor you're able to access your account.
As your paper is on 10th you should immediately contact their helpline number or drop a mail at their mail handles and provide them with your app/reg. number.
Official Website: https://upsee.nic.in/
Helpline number: 1800-180-0161 (10:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Hi,
If you remember your Roll numer, then you could easily download documents like Marksheet, passing certificate form DigiLocker. As per IT Act, DigiLocker Certificate are valid documents. If you don't remember your Roll number, then I would advise you to contact your School. You school can give you a copy of documents like Marksheet , Migration etc. You can also apply for marksheet or admit card from Your education board also.
I hope this will answer your query.
Thanks!!!!
