Yes, this year the Admit card of NEET examination includes page where the candidate's post card size photo graph is to be pasted.
Please do paste it before entering the hall.
The signature as well as the date are also mandatory. For further information you should read the 2 page instructions written on the admit card.

I would like to inform you that black and white print admit card is acceptable. So, you can get the admit card printed out in black. You should just make sure that it's clear as in the details are clearly visible as it's for identification purpose. See even if you do the correction in your images in NEET Application form then it will not be updated in the NEET Admit card and the Admit card shall be same as you have downloaded 3 days back and the corrections which you have made will be updated in the database.
You have to carry only following items to NEET 2021 examination center :-
*** NEET admit card
*** Passport size photograph
*** Postcard size photograph
*** Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
*** Mask on face
*** Gloves on hand
*** Personal transparent water bottle
*** Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)

Yes, you can carry your Class-10 admit card provided that it has your passport-sized photo and date of birth written on it.
It should be issued by a recognized educational institution.
Other documents which can be used are photo id issued by recognized educational bodies, mark sheets issued by any government board or university, SLC or TC containing name and date of birth, etc.

Numerous queries were received regarding the issue in pasting the Postcard size Photograph on the second page of Admit Card. This issues has been resolved now. So, NTA Says to the Candidates who have already downloaded the Admit Card are advised to download the Admit Card again.

Yes, black and white admit card will work for NEET exam you will not face any problem.On the day of exam, at the NEET exam centre 2021, candidates will have to sign their admit card in front of the invigilator. The NEET admit card will have a separate space for signature of the candidate. Candidates should sign the admit card as per the NEET 2021 admit card photo and signature specifications. The signature of the candidate in the NEET hall ticket 2021 should be the same as the one uploaded in the application form.
Full signature in running handwriting should be made.
