Im preparing for gate examination to enter into an PSU job. If I want to prepare the current affairs or not for the interview.

Navneet sharma 15th Jul, 2019

Yes, you need to prepare the current affairs because they may ask you as a general term and they also see how well aware you toward your subject. My suggestion is you may give at least some time for a current affair.

All the best for Interview.

How can I prepare for both jee mains and advanced ?

Divyansh masiwal 15th Jul, 2019
Hello,
The key to crack jee main and advanced is to basically give time to the basics of the topics you are going through , after all the topic's basics are completed then go for the questions from easy to most difficult. At the end you. Can also take the test series organized by many institutes for exam practise.

Can I crack NEET if I start my preparation from scratch from this august? I completed 12thPCMB in 2018 with 95%. I didnt study for 1 year.

Ananya Sood 15th Jul, 2019

Hi nitish where there is a will there is a  way. So if you study hard from today itself then there is nothing that could stop you from achieving your goals. But just keep one thing in mind that in your case it would require a lot of determination and hard work. So if you have that determination and that commitment towards your goal you can surely crack neet.

I would suggest you to get yourself enrolled in a good coaching Institute. It would really help you. As it has been a gap of two years, joining a course would help you to brush up your concepts and also with the regular test series you would be able to assess yourself in a better way and could work on your weak areas. Also make a time table and follow that so you could finish your syllabus well in time.

All the best and do ping us for more queries.

Hope it helps!

I am right now preparing for neet, but my main interest is to crack upsc exams after i graduate for mbbs.Is this a right decision?

Ayushi 15th Jul, 2019

Dear Hetvi,

You have chosen a very tough path for you that you can only pass by sheer hardwork and determination. I would suggest you that MBBS is a time taking course and after that preparing for UPSC will become very difficult for you. UPSC is a very tough exam to crack and it will require much patience and time.

If your main ambition is to crack UPSC then you should focus on that only. This way you will be not left in a midway.

Whatever you choose, it's up to you, your hard work and sincerity . Give yourself some time and think about this that will you be able to do this or not and then go for it.

Wish you a very wonderful future ahead.

How to prepare for jee 2020 along with your board exam...?

Sourav Sarkar Student Expert 14th Jul, 2019

Hi dear,

Hope you are doing well!

Now let's go through your question.

Here are some basic tips that you need to follow:

  • In board exams, revision is the key to scoring marks. Its also important for JEE Main that you remember all the formulae so that you don’t miss on the easy questions. There are some aspects in each subject which need to be learnt by heart and revising it thoroughly can help you fetch easy marks.
  • Make it a point to go through the entire syllabus thoroughly without missing out on any topic. This approach will help you ace your boards as well as your JEE Main exam because you will have studied everything clearly.
  • Having a thorough understanding of the question paper pattern is a must. Note the differences between the board exam paper pattern and the IIT pattern. Do not get confused between the two.
  • Practice previous year test papers of JEE. Alongside, do not miss out on previous year board exam papers so that you work on both hand in hand.
  • Studying with the help of a test series will also help you focus, understand your weak points, and augment your studying methodology accordingly. Studying for JEE Mains and board exams hand in hand will give you ample time to prepare for JEE mains once the board exams are over.

Thank You & All the best!

himanshi_1497963198 Student Expert 14th Jul, 2019

Hello

No its not difficult to prepare for gate from the 3rd year of college irrespective of the branch in which you're persuing the B.Tech.

There are different books available in the college library too that is gate books of different years (Made Easy)  at the initial level you can read  your reference books of the subjects which are in 2nd year with the opinion of your faculty in college

and then the books of library.
