CSE: Home State – 6150, Other State – 5809
Civil: Home State – 35305, Other State – 32228
For B.Arch (2025, General category) :
Home State – 398 to 505
Other State – 5809 to 6085
For M.Sc (2025, General category) :
Chemistry – 1144 to 1253
Overall (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) – 884 to 1427
Cutoff depends on category, quota (Home/Other state), and the course. It changes every year based on number of applicants, difficulty level of exam, and seat availability.
Hope it helps !
For NIFT Delhi, the cutoffs are quite high. Fashion Communication closed around rank 54, Fashion Design at 86, Accessory Design 151, Textile Design 302, Knitwear 446, and Leather Design 800. For BFTech Apparel Production, it was around 41. So, for most design courses you need to be within the top 100 to 300 ranks, and for BFTech or Fashion Design, even within the top 50.
No separate percentile target for special round you simply need to meet or slightly exceed these historical cutoffs to be competitive, especially if a seat becomes vacant in that branch. If your percentile meets or exceeds these benchmarks, you may have a strong chance during the spot round as long as you attend on time with all required documentation.

Hi Akshay!
With 87.85 percentile and a budget of 3 lakh, there are still solid MBA options in Pune beyond Dy Patil and Neville Wadia. You can consider:
Focus on institutes with AICTE approval and active placement cells. Visit campuses if possible vibe and networking matter in MBA. Don’t forget to check hostel availability if you’re from outstation.
Thanks for asking, and best of luck for your MBA journey!
Hi Zeeshan, Your DCET rank is 7500 and the cutoffs for the colleges you applied to are below your rank, so that’s why you didn’t get a seat in the 1st round.
Yes, there is still a chance to get a seat in the 2nd round if the cutoff goes higher. Cutoffs may increase if some students don’t confirm their seats.
Also, yes, you can add or change colleges in the 3rd round during option entry. So, keep checking the official website and choose colleges with higher cutoffs than your rank for better chances.
Hope it helps!
