Candidates who possess the following educational qualification can apply for the post of Graduate Trainee in below mentioned departments of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 60% marks in qualifying examination.
Reservoir: Candidates who have completed post graduation in any of the following subjects are eligible to apply for this post.
Such candidates should have studied Physics or Mathematics in their Graduation. Apart from this, those who have completed graduation in Petroleum/ Chemical engineering can also apply for this post.
Chemistry: Graduation in chemical engineering or Masters’ degree in Chemistry is a must to apply.

Finance and Accounts: Graduation in any discipline with CA or ICWA is a must. Candidates who have completed MBA with specialization in Finance can also apply.
Human Resources: MBA with specialization in Human Resources or Post Graduation in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare can apply

Yes definitely you can appear for joint admission for M. Sc as chemistry as your main subject. You don't have to worry about the fact that you belong to PCB in your class 12th, many student appears every year with chemistry having pcb as background.

You haven't mentioned MSc admission for which subject, different universities follow different criteria in terms of aggregate and all, but usually for Master's Degree in any disciple, Majors Subject are considered for that matter.

If you have a 45% or above in Bachelor of Science Major in Chemistry you are eligible to apply to University of Calcutta and also sit for the entrance exam to be held by Calcutta University very soon. Once you qualify, your name will be put up in the Merit list B uploaded by the University in their official website.

The eligibility criteria for JEE mains is the candidate must secure minimum aggregate of 75%( for unreserved candidates) and 65% of minimum aggregate (reserved candidates) in 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board in Mathematics, physics and chemistry.
In your case as I don't know the maximum marks of your particular board.So kindly refer the above mentioned information.

Candidates must have obtained 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also overall 50% aggregate score at 10+2 level. Candidates who have passed any 10+3 diploma exam with Mathematics as a subject and scored at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply for the exam.
