No Abhimanyu you have to pass 12th class completely otherwise you are not eligible for any college, so you have to clear your exam then you are eligible for taking admission in any college if you have good score in their particular entrance exam, so exam it.

I get 50 percent in 12th and my 12th marks in physics 36 , chemistry 41 and 46 in biology i am eligible for neet 2020 I belong to sccategory

Joydeep Saha Student Expert 22nd Jun, 2019
Hey Pradnya !
The benchmark score for SC students to be elligible for NEET is 40% in Group Subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology which corresponds to 120 marks out of 300.
Upon adding your individual score, we get that 41+46+36 = 123
Thus you are above the required cutoff and hence quite elligible to appear for NEET 2020.

Hope this helps

Best Wishes !

Law colleges having eligibility criteria above 45% below 50% because Ive 49.20% in 10+2 and I cant get any good college.

Aman Tripathi 25th Jun, 2019
Hello,.

Bar Council of India may from time to time, stipulate the minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of the total marks in case of general category applicants, 42% for OBC category*and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants, to be obtained for the qualifying examination, such as +2 Examination in case of Integrated Five Years course or Degree course in any discipline for Three years LL.B. course, for the purpose of applying for and getting admitted into a Law Degree Program of any recognized University in either of the streams.

And therefore you are eligible for talking admission in any college you want through clat .

Thankyou

I have acquired 9438 and 6153 GMR in Engineering and Pharmacy respectively. I am of general category. Please suggest me the best colleges...

Prateek Maheshwari 22nd Jun, 2019

Hello Sekhar,

Congrats on getting such a good rank , i.e 9438 in Engineering and 6153 in Pharmacy in WBJEE 2019.

As per your rank and the previosu year cutoffs and trends.

You have the chances of getting into some very good colleges.

But your option are private institutes as you have very low chances of getting government instittes with your rank.

Some of which are:

  • TECHNO INTERNATIONAL NEW TOWN, KOLKATA
  • UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, UNIVERSITY OF BURDWAN - [UIT], BARDHAMAN
  • HERITAGE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - [HIT], KOLKATA

Hello Aspirant,

Sorry, you can not apply for UPSC CDS exam, only graduate students are applicable for CDS Entry. If you are interested to join army after 12 as commissioned officer you can go for NDA exam “National Defence Academy Exam”. It is also conducted by Upsc just like as cds exam.
