The eligibility criteria for B.tech agricultural engineering is 10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology. Most agricultural institutes/universities conduct entrance examination for admission to BE/BTech program in agricultural engineering. Some may consider the marks obtained in 10+ 2 qualifying examinations for selection. Some colleges accept admission for Bi.PC and mpc and some have a restriction regarding the same. Depending upon which college you are looking for admission, criteria may vary.

Thing is this there is not category wise cutoff trend, so as per the merit list which will be issued by the conducting board, correspondingly you will get an admission. No need to worry about that. Well, your score is pretty good but I am sorry to inform you that Jadavpur University does not take admission based on the JEE mains score. If you want to get into this college then you'll have to give WBJEE i.e. West Bengal JEE. It is an exam conducted at the state level for getting admission into various engineering streams in this university.

You can check your eligibility to give WBJEE and then start preparing for it and you'll crack it for sure.

If EEE branch is eligible for any exam or any company or elsewhere and than for that post / position a electrical engineering student is also allowed.
