The NTSE exam will be conducted on 17 November 2019 in Jharkhand. You would need to register for stage 1 only. Many states have released their forms on respective SCERT websites. And it is expected that Jharkhand will also release it in a week. You can get the form from your school or you can download it from the website.

Well, there is no such number of attempts limit in NDA Exam but yeah there is an age limit. The age of the candidate must be between 16.5 to19.5. So, if you're born in 2001, then your age must be 18 years.
So you have 1.5 or 1 year left till the limit of eligibility.
NDA exam is conducted two times a year, so you can apply two times more. One Exam is conducted in April and another in September.
So, go through it and choose wisely.
