In case you are talking about seats through ap pgecet then counselling has not yet begun so it might take few days for official notification to come as last year it was in Las week of July .

In Case of entering the wrong date of birth, the college administration will contact you themselves because they will identify the discrepancy while verifying your registration form from the submitted documents and then you can tell them your situation. So then they will help you change your date of birth and anything else that you've written wrong.
