REAP Counselling and Seat Allotment 2019 - The Centre for Electronics Governance has released the REAP first round seat allotment result on July 8. Students can login to their candidate portal and check their allotment status. Students who have been allotted a seat need to download their seat allotment letter and report to the allotted institute by July 13. The first round seat allotment of REAP is for outside Rajasthan and Kashmiri Migrant candidates. The seat allotment for Rajasthan state candidates will be released on July 15. REAP merit list was released on July 5 in online mode. The merit list of REAP is used for seat allotment process in all the participating institutes. The separate merit list of REAP 2019 is available for Rajasthan state candidates and for outside Rajasthan and Kashmiri Migrants students. REAP counselling 2019 is being conducted in online mode. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) and JEE Main are eligible to attend counselling of REAP. The AIIMS test Cut off varies according to the Category, Difficulty level of the test, the topper score or rank and the requirement of Medical college. I think you must apply for the Open Counseling program as you said above that one must not miss the dates.

The official dates  for certificate verification has not yet announced by the conducting body. However it is expected to start from the last week of July. Regularly visit the website for getting regular updates.

Self reporting has to be done online. There is no need of showing physical presence at college.

No! Rules can't be violated. They make certain terms and conditions. They prepare a schedule for the students so that things are carried on smoothly. But since you didn't go in the alotted time, you are disqualified there and then. There are no chances of revival in counselling now.
