The procedure for CAT counselling is as follows:

• Selected candidates will receive a call letter on their registered email id along with link to register, last date of registration, date of WAT/GD and PI.
• Report to the reporting centre on the date mentioned in the call letter
• Carry the required documents along with CAT rank card
• After verification process, you need to apply to the college of your choice in your case it is IPU.
• Colleges will select students on the basis of their merit in Written Aptitude Test (WAT), GD and PI.

The registrations for MHTCET counselling are still on. Until now, only provisional merit list has been declared. You can go ahead for registration and be eligible for final merit list. But please register by today asap.

Also, as it is not clear in your question that whether you want to register for MHTCET counseling or MAH MBA counseling, I would like to tell you that the MBA counseling registrations are also on and you have to register by 5th july (tomorrow)

The major steps involved in TS EAMCET Counselling are as follows:

• Registration – Firstly, candidates have to register themselves for participating in the counseling from June 24 – July 1, 2019.
• Document Verification – While registering for counselling, candidates have to book slots and get their documents verified at allotted facilitation centers from June 27 – July 3, 2019.
• Option/ Choice Filling – Post verification, candidates are required to exercise choice filling options for college/ institute and courses as per their preference via online mode.
• Final Seat Allotment – After filling the choices, candidates will be provisionally allotted seats considering their choices and seat availability in selected colleges. 
• Reporting at College –  To complete the admission procedure, one must report to the college, pay the fee and complete the formalities.

The documents will be checked at the the counslling centre and college allotments will begin in July 2019. The documents to carry at centre are:

• AP ICET Hall Ticket 2019
• AP ICET Rank Card 2019
• Degree Marks Memos / Consolidated marks memo
• Degree Provisional Certificate
• Intermediate Marks Memo / Diploma Marks memo
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
• IX to Degree Study Certificates or Residence Certificate (in case where candidate has no institutionalised education) or Residence certificate of either of the parent in AP for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from the competent authority in respect of Non-Local Candidates
• Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2015 or Ration Card holders containing the name of the candidate
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority in respect of SC/ST/BC
• Aadhar Card (Photocopies will be returned after verification)
• Category/disability certificate
