Dear student, according to the official information, GGSIPU BBA counselling registration is scheduled to begin from June 25, 2019. Seat allotment will be on the basis of the choices filled and merit of the students as well as the seat availability. There has not yet been any announcement regarding the last dates of counselling procedures.
I will give the important dates related to JCECE counselling. Candidates will be called based on their rank.

Seeing your urgency, I am not an expert at KEAM councilling but here's what i can advice, After the first round allotment try changing your preference list incase you cannot then retry to change after 2 days because usually the allotment lasts for 2-3 days after that you will be allowed to reshuffle you preference list.

As i assume that you are asking about the final date of exam, So i can tell you that according to the official website of Delhi University, They have announced that Exam take place on 6th july in two shifts that is from:-
Shift 1- 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Shift 2- 4:00pm to 6:00pm

This is an online web counselling which is tentatively scheduled to be held in the last week of june 2019. Only candidates qualified in this exam would be eligible to participate and get the seat. It includes seat registration, locking and allotment which would be done on the basis of preference and marks.

MAT is conducted 4 times in a year. The next MAT exam will be conducted in September and after that in December, February and May. The dates for the September MAT exam will be soon updated in its website.
ATMA has been conducted 5 times for admissions in this academic year. For 2019 academic year it was conducted in December 2018, February 2019, May 2019, June 2019 and July 2019.
