I am hoping that you are absolutely fine and well. As per your mentioned query , jee mains is a national level of exam conducted by the NTA. For writing the jee mains exam you have to opt physics, chemistry and mathematics as a compulsory subjects in your 10+2. As per the eligibility criteria of the exam candidate should be from PCM background. If you pass the jee mains exam with good percentile then you can get the NIT and you will also applicable for jee advanced exam. So by clearing the exam of jee mains you can get the government college.

If you get a government college then you will also have good placement. Because from NIT and IIT students get the very good package. So ultimately clearing jee mains with best percentile fulfill your all goals.

Actually your memo is not required for any job purpose, your Original Mark list is required anywhere and for any job.  If you want to apply any job Intermediate and 10th mark list is required.  For Defence Academy it is necessary to submit that you can use your Memo it may be anything if they ask original you should need to submit it.

I am hoping that you are absolutely fine and doing well. As per your mentioned query , I would like to tell you that if you really want to go in defence then you should only focus on your preparation. If you are that much confident that you can crack the exam then you donot have to go for master's degree or a job. Because if you opt a job then you are entirely busy whole day and you have only less time to prepare for the defence exam. And defence exam is not a joke it requires lot of hard work and dedication to crack it. But somehow if you feel that you can manage your time and give your best then go for a job or master's degree. Or if you feel that if you will not crack the exam then for a second option you already have a job so you it is upto you.

If you can manage your time with your masters degree and job along with preparation then go for it. Otherwise do prepare well and hard so you can crack the exam in first attempt.
