If you look statistically you will find the pharma d gives you the higher package than bio -tech but i cannot tell you is it that pharma d always gives you the highest package. it depend upon the individual.
Maybe initially pharma d gives you highest but you find out later that bio tech gives you the more salary than your job in the same year of experience or vice versa is also true.
So i suggest just follow what your passion on and move forward onto that field.

You need to score at least 65% in your BTech/ BE program.
Your age should be below 35 years of age.
You must take the test by the ISRO Centralized Recruitment Board.
The test includes a written test and an interview to join the team.
All the candidates who are willing to apply must have qualified B.E/B. Tech or equivalent qualifying degree in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a scale of 10.ISRO recruit candidates with PhD in Astronomy, Physics and Mathematics along with engineers in disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, electronics and computer science so you should must have a degree in any one above mention subject.
On completion of the BTech/BE degree, the third step on how to become a scientist in ISRO is to give the ISRO Centralized Recruitment Board (ICRB) exam.
clear this exam and you will be eligible to get job in ISRO.

Yes, definately you can get a job in IT sector if you don't have Maths in 10+2 because BCA is a three year Professional Degree Course. If your college allows you to take admission in BCA without having maths in 10+2 then no problem you can definately get a job in IT sector after completing you BCA.
