Hello Susmita,
Hope you are doing well.
NIOS is an open schooling board and different MNCs have different guidelines for recruitment. Some may allow open schooling candidates for a job and some may not even consider them for interviews. Hence, you need to apply according to their eligibility criteria. There is absolutely no problem if you have given 12th board examinations from NIOS board. It will be a problem or not, that depends on company's policy and frankly, the recruiter. NIOS provides certification which is equivalent to any board certification. It would be treated equally like central or State board.
Hope this will help you.
Good Luck!

Hey,
I don't think any university/college will allow you to start your course from the third year after having a gap of nearly 10 years. You cannot as such directly enroll on the course as such, be it B.SC IT or any other relevant program. You need to start your course from the beginning and fulfil the curriculum requirement. Certain universities also have set bars and limits for the completion of the degree in a specific duration. So, you need to start your program from the first year itself.

See government exams do take considerable amount of time in terms of recruitment process, the exams are conducted in three to four stages, so patience is highly required virtue in this case, also the competition is quite high, you may consider upgrading your skills if you want to work in private sector, and seek job opportunities for the time being in private sector, other than this you may consider pursuing your higher studies for better opportunities such as you can do BEd if you're interested in teaching, else you can also go for MSc in regular or distance mode whatever feels convenient for you, and later on you can appear for UGC NET to pursue PhD or become lecturer, other than this there are also recruitment of assistant professors at state levels which you can also try for, however if you're only interested in government jobs then accordingly you have to prepare as I already mentioned competition is quite high, and sometimes the process becomes very long, so you have to keep your motivation high to sail through the same, and perhaps look for work opportunities in part time mode, for that you can sign up for various job portals.
