Hello,
Yes, you can definitely clear mhcet exam if determinate, punctual and hardworking. No matter what your age is. If you gave one year to your mhcet examination with correct subject material then there is a lot of chance that you might get selected. So starts preparing.
If you have great interest in commerce field only then step into this field. I want to share my own personal experience with you. I am a commerce student and I am currently doing my graduation from one the top colleges of DU. I was an excellent science student till class 10 but wanted to explore the field to commerce hence I decided to take up commerce against the wishes of my parents. I regret my decision a bit because in commerce in order to succeed you need to be extremely competitive . The ROI is high only in some cases . You literally expose yourself to a number of competitive exams. In science you will become suppose, an engineer for sure . After becoming an engineer maybe you'll face problem in finding better package. But in commerce if you don't clear the exam you wont even get the degree . Suppose you are doing CA and clear your Intermediate exam and done with your 3 years of articleship and then you couldn't clear your finals . The only choice left with you now is to either clear your CA Finals by giving continuous attempts or take up a job with a meagre salary somewhere. In commerce field the duration of all the courses are very long around 5 years and even after that the package offered is very less as compared to engineers. Therefore , if you have a good interest in science I would suggest you to listen to your parents but suppose you literally can't handle science subjects then go for commerce.Do think twice before making any decision.
Dear aspirant,
There are numerous scopes after fire engineering. You can choose government or private sector. Your job will revolve around ensuring fire safety and reducing casualities in times of distress. Companies that are prone to have a lot of fire accidents like fertilizer industry, chemical factories will hire a fire engineer. Under government sectors you have an opportunity of getting hired into defense forces, railways, airport, ONGC, refineries etc.

Hello mam,
Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, generally students need to study 11th and 12th standard from the same college, it is not possible for you to change the college after completion of 11th standard from one board.
However, is she is from CBSE then there won't be any kind of problem in changing the college after 11th. But in case if she is from a state board you cannot change from one state to another. Also, if you still wish to change then join her in the college which have branches in that other transferred state also, it won't create any problem in changing the branch.
Hope this helps you!!
Hi there,
The answer might be controversial regarding the IIM and other colleges for MBA in India.
See, you might see the difference in the education system of the college IIM and the same scenarios in regular MBA colleges.
To be honest, IIMs are best and provides decent placements along with a nice environment for growth and development of a student. You will also be able to get good packages. The average packages here is around 25 lakhs to crore. It completely depend upon the skills of an individual.
Higher the skill set better will be the placement opportunities.
Also, talking about regular MBA colleges, there is no such fixed criteria about the placements and packages.
Only very few candidates recieve good salary packages
Hope this answer will help you.
Thank you and very good luck!!!
Hello User,
Hope you are doing well.
I am giving my views based on the mineral exploration and mining sector in Geo-sciences.
In India, after the changes made to the Mineral Policy, the Government sector looks bright like the GSI, MECL etc. There are plenty of scope for the earth scientists. Also there are opportunities with consultancy and contractor firms that can employ geologists. But for big private miners and explorers the scenario is not lucrative.
Academically there are very few reputed Indian institutes that support geology related research and development.
Globally countries like Australia, Canada, Africa and South America stand good in terms of employment in Geo-sciences. The mining bust period is over and there is optimism in the air. There are several multinational and junior companies engaged in mineral exploration and mining. This is one of the good periods for earth sciences because of the advancements, research and developments, new models, concepts etc that challenge the prevailing thinking and traditional way of exploration.
Also academically several prestigious institutes are available in the above countries and even in Europe. You can google and find them out.
I am not aware of your interests on specialization. You should take up a specialized subject that interests you rather than going by the prevailing trend.
Hope this will help you...Good Luck!
