I achieve 430 marks in neet, can I obtain bds government college

mjaisinghani62 21st May, 2024

Hello aspirant

To get bds seat in government college , the candidate must secure 450+ marks in neet ( for general category candidate )

Considering you as a general category candidate , you are just few marks less from expected cut off .

We can't predict anything at this time but you may have chances of getting a bds seat whether in private or government college depends upon neet cut off 2024. Cut off keeps changing every and depends upon many factors such as number of students appeared in exam,  difficulty level of exam,  number of seats available and previous years cut off.

Qualifying marks for neet ug for general category is p

50 percentile ie score between 720 - 137

whether a BE in chemical engineering from thapar fetch better placement than a Be in IT/CSE from VIT Chennai

Rupsa Banerjee 21st Jul, 2025

Dear aspirant,

Well, for placements, a B.Tech in IT/CSE from VIT Chennai is often considered a better option for placements than a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Thapar. While Thapar has a good reputation, VIT Chennai's strong placement record in IT/CSE, especially with higher packages, often makes it a more better choice for students pursuing these fields.

Thank you.
