Almost all the private colleges through KCET provide management quota. So, you can just visit their website and call them to check if they have any seats left for CSE/ IS branches. Also, CS/IS branches are one of the most demanded branches so, the colleges charge much more for those branches.

It will be better if you get a college through your merit. You can get admitted to lower branches of top colleges and work hard and get a GPA above 9.5 in 1st year and then you can switch your branch to CS/IS.
