By solving the previous year papers you will be able to understand more about the question pattern and difficulty level of the questions asked. In NMMS exam the question paper is in two sections named MAT and SAT. Each section have 90 questions. In MAT questions related to reasoning, critical thinking, analogy, classification, numerical series, pattern perceptions, hidden figures are asked and SAT section consists questions regarding Science, Social Science and Mathematics.

For appearing in criteria in jee 2021 it doesn't see that whether you have gap between your 10th and 12th std.
One of the major criteria for appearing in jee advanced is you should pass your 12th by 2021,2022 and 2023 .
Recently, education minister has waived off the 75% criteria for this year also.

Yes you can persue Btech after graduation . So suppose if you have done BSc then after completing B.Sc through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges in India. The lateral entry is only given to candidates who have either completed diploma in Engineering or B.Sc course. Further the criteria are as follows -
1. Must be graduate in science stream like B.sc. With minimum 55% marks. 2. Must have taken mathematics as one of the compulsory subject in B.Sc. 3. Don't have any suply in any semester.

No there is no way to appear in JEE-Main 2021 or further if you have passed your class 12th in 2017 because the maximum attempts for JEE-Main are three times which includes the year of passing class 12th but you can appear for direct admission on management seat offered in various engineering colleges.
Some insights of JEE-Main 2021 :-
> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria but yes if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% in your class 12th if you belongs to General/Unreserved category and 65% if you belongs to any of the reserved category.
> Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.
> In JEE-Main 2021 there will be total 90 question out of which you have to attempt only 75 (25 from each section) and there will be two sections for each subject, Section-A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)(20 compulsory questions) and Section-B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value (10 numerical based questions out of which only 5 are compulsory to be attempted).
> In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for Section B.
> All question will be of 4 marks and in MCQs there will be negative marking of (-1) on incorrect attempt.
