Im a dropper. dropped in 11th (2019). and currently appeared for 12th exam this year(2022). That means I studied 11th 2 times. in jee mains (july)2022 I secures 97.5 percentile. should I drop again to improve my rank?

Sevit Kar 8th Aug, 2022

Hello,

I would suggest you to not take a drop when you have secured this percentile because in this percentile you would surely get a decent NIT like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut. In these NITs mainly you will get Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production and Metallurgy branch.

If you want to know about the colleges you can get ,you can check out the link given below -

can my brother take admission in MBBS. he scored 450 marks in 2019 neet exam and currently he is doing bams but he wants to drop it and go for mbbs in uttar pradesh how can he get admission ???

rajeevanand843 30th Jul, 2022

Dear aspirant

Your expected marks is not as ideal to get a govt medical College in both state quota counseling or AIQ counseling.

I hope you are from Gen category as you haven't mentioned any category name.

Neet cut off marks for govt medical College in AIQ counseling for Gen category students went almost upto AIR 20k and 600+ marks.

Also in up state counseling cutoff marks was almost same as AIQ and it went almost more than 605+ marks.

So at your expected marks, you can get private medical colleges only in state counseling or AIQ counseling. So if you want private medical colleges then you can go into the counseling as per your choice.

First of all he has to be leave the bams college and obtain all the original documents from the college to attend neet counseling. For leaving the course in between he may have to pay some bond amount or whole course tution fees to get all the original documents and transfer certificate.

After getting all documents,he can attend the state quota counseling or AIQ counseling as your finance allows you.

Predict your admission chances in MBBS / BDS / Ayush seats, use our neet college predictor tool from link below

Hello, I am already graduated from college(this year). But now I want to study another course from a central university. Also Ive completed my 12th from WB boards(2019). Am I eligible for CUET? Please help.

Brijnandan675 29th Jul, 2022

Hello

Assuming that you got 55% or more marks in your 12th class, if yes then you are very much eligible for CUET 2022.

There is no age limit set for candidates to be eligible for CUET. So dont worry, you can appear for CUET. Although, further your selection in any of the central university will depend on your CUET scores.

sir, i passed 12th with pcm from state board in 2019, then i passed additional bio from same board now i have two marksheet one for pcm (2019) and other for bio( 2022) from same board can i upload both in neet application form and at counceling ??

Aditya 23rd Aug, 2022

Hello,

If you have your 12th Board Examination Marksheet of Subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English as your main subjects, then you are definitely eligible for NEET Examination and Counselling procedure.

You don't need to put your older marksheet of 12th PCM in Counselling otherwise it will lead to confusion and rejection of your application.

Also, NEET 2022 counselling will begin very soon on neet.nta.ac.in and for that, you can't put both marksheets for Counselling. Only 1 Valid 10th and 1 Valid 12th Marksheet which have PCBE subjects.

Hope this helps. All the Best.

Thank You.

i have passed 10th in 2019, and 12th in 2022. can i appear for jee advanced 2023. my age is 18 years

Anurag Khanna 20th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

See if you have passed your class 12th examinations in 2022 then you are eligible for JEE-Advance 2022 and 2023 provided that you qualify JEE-Main 2022 and 2023 respectively.

So you can definitely appear for JEE-Advance 2023 if you qualify JEE-Main 2023 but note that after that you will have no more attempts left for JEE-Advance but you will be having one attempt of JEE-Main i.e. in 2024.

This is because maximum attempts allowed for JEE-Advance is 2 in 2 consecutive years, first attempt in the passing year of class 12th or equivalent examination and second attempt in very next year to that. Similarly for JEE-Main maximum attempts allowed for JEE-Main is 3 in 3 consecutive years, first attempt in the passing year of class 12th or equivalent examination and second attempt in very next year to that followed by third attempt in third year.
