Mask Aadhaar option allows you to mask your Aadhaar number in your downloaded e-Aadhaar. Masked Aadhaar number implies replacing of first 8 digits of Aadhaar number with some characters like “xxxx-xxxx” while only last 4 digits of the Aadhaar Number are visible.

You can download the Masked Aadhar Card by following the step-

Step 1: Visit official website of the UIDAI.
Step 2: Select 'My Aadhaar' from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Select the 'Aadhaar Card Download' option.
Step 4: Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number or other unique identifier (UID)
Step 5: Now, choose the 'Masked Aadhaar' option.
Step 6: Verify that the captcha code is correct.
Step 7: Select 'Send OTP' from the drop-down menu. (Alternatively, you can choose 'Enter TOTP.')
Step 8: Enter the OTP and download your Aadhaar or e-Aadhaar card, which is masked.

No, it won't cause any problems because it will only be used to verify identities at testing centres.

Only the goods listed below must be brought to the NEET UG testing location:-

1. NEET admit card
2. A photo the size of a passport
3. A postcard-sized photo
4. Valid identification must include a PAN card, Aadhaar card, voter ID, driver's licence, passport, or ration card.
5. Face mask
6. Gloves if available
7. Individual water bottle
8. Small, personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)

It is not necessary to use your Aadhaar for identification. But during the application filling, if you are a Aadhaar verified student, you don't need to fill the self declaration form. However non aadhar students need to fill the form and get it signed by parents with the thumb impression of the student.

Also, it is better to just carry your aadhaar card during exam if you have one.

If your name in 10th marksheet is correct,better to change the correct name in aadhar card.You can change the name in your aadhar card.Because,the name in the 10 th certificate and the aadhar card should be same to avoid conflicts.

You can apply for changes in aadhar card and you will get very soon.Better to have same name in all the important certificates.

So with regard to your query, as per the guidelines mentioned by NDA for the purpose of applications, the candidate must provide either, their Aadhar Card or Voter Card or Pan Card or Passport or Driving licenses or School Photo ID or any other ID. As you had submitted Aadhar Card for the purpose of photo identity it is just enough. No need to worry about that.

No there will not be any problem because Verifying AADHAR is voluntarily based option even if you don't verify it then also you would be eligible for NEET UG. There will be no any impact on NEET UG 2022 application even if the AADHAR is not verified.
