Aadhar
Dear student,
Domicile certificates are issued on the basis of the address given on the aadhar card. So the state from where you got your aadhar card issued, you have to issue the domicile of the same state. In your case you need to issue your domicile certificate from Y state from the competent authorities.
You haven't mentioned your Father's actual name. Nevertheless, you need to contact an advocate and get an Affidavit done stating that all the names Moti Lal, Motilal and Motilal Dangi belong to the same person. The advocate will know the process of getting an affidavit done for that purpose. So you can use that affidavit and then there shall be no issue whatsover. Getting this affidavit done is important because your father has "Dangi" in some documents and doesn't have it in other documents. And the details that you enter in your 10th pretty much remain the same throughout and so it is important to get that right.
Hey!
when there is problem only in his name, then there is not much problem for you, but if you are going to add his name after your name then it is a problem, in most of the case it is not a problem for you at all. unless there is no problem in your name. but there will be problem while applying for passport or visa. so its better to change his name in birth certificate.
i hope you found this answer helpful
Hello,
At the time of document verification for admission or job the details (Your name, Father's Name, Mother's name, DOB etc) which are in Class 10th certificate will be considered. Your father's Government Photo identity card will not be verified at the time of certificate verification. So you do not have to worry about it. But fill your father's name as per class 10th certificate, it will be fine.
Hello Farhan,
If your father's name is different from the marksheets of class 10th or 12th then there is need to worry but that's the case where either the name is mis-spelt or the name is completely wrong but in your case there is full name on the marksheet but on AADHAR card it is in short form so there is no need to worry and you have to mention the name of your father as the complete name and at the time of admission this is understandable because sometimes in some ID Proofs due to shortage of spaces/margins the name is written as it's short form so this will not create you any problem. This is applicable for both applications either it is of JEE-Main or for CET of any other state.
