No you cannot get admission in MBBS course in any college if you do not qualify NEET UG. This is because NEET UG is the only entrance examination for admission to MBBS course and if anyone is unable to qualify then he/she would not be eligible for admission to MBBS course in any of the colleges.
But not to worry as there is no any upper age limit or limit on number of attempts to appear in NEET UG so you can try once again in next year.

Yes, you can persue 12 class again with different subjects and stream but for this you have to repeat your 11 class also with same subject you want to study in 12 class. And during those two years you can't pursue any undergraduate degree with your previous 12 class marksheet.

Hello,You can get into many of the private medical colleges without giving the neet exam. To get admission in any of the government colleges you need to qualify the neet exam. The qualifying cut off for different categories changes every year. Since the last two years the cut off was as follows:
NEET cut off marks for 2021:
for General category is 720-138 marks
for SC / ST / OBC category it is 137-108 marks.
for the General-PwD category it is 137-122 marks
for SC / ST / OBC-PwD it is 121-108 marks.
NEET Cut Off marks for 2020:
for general category candidates was 720-147 marks
for SC / ST / OBC category candidates it was 146-113 marks.
for gen pwd category candidates it was 146-129
for SC/ST/OBC PWD category candidates it was 128-113
