Some colleges withhold 2.5% from the percentage obtained using the fine art marks if it is an additional course.

Government Institutions for PhD Admissions are public universities that are overseen by State Governments or the Union Government of India.

For the academic year 2022–2023, DTU Delhi, NIFT, NISER Bhubaneswar, and BIT Mesra are accepting applications for PhD admission. The final week of May 2022 will mark the deadline for applications to these universities.
