Hello Student
Generally in education policy rules for education for all, student should have take admission in class 5 at the year of 10 + years. Naturally taking admission in class 6 the student should have the age of 11+ years of age. As your son born 25th January 2011 so your son is eligible for taking admission in the class of 6 of any medium of any word in India. Your she should not take admission at the age of 7 in the year of 2022 because he is or her age will not match with the criteria for taking admission in class 7 of any board or any media of instruction in India.
Hope this helps.
Hope you are doing great.

Since your profile says, you are from the state of Maharashtra, I shall answer the question with respect to Maharashtra state.
Complete data of 2021 is not available (in compiled manner) as of yet, will be available soon. However, you can check out the 2020 data, which I shall list below -
1. For Government Colleges (in Maharashtra via 85% State Quota)
2. For Private/Semi Government Colleges (in Maharashtra via 85% State Quota) -
For SBC category, you need to focus on the cut off marks of OBC category. Also, cut off varies from year to year as it depends on number of candidates (who appeared for the exam), difficulty level of question paper, number of newly opened colleges, etc. So to be on a safe you need to target for a score of 590+ to get a seat in Govt College or for a score of 500+ to get a seat in Semi Government College via OBC/SBC Category.

Dear Vishal,
Let me introduce you at first about the GPA .. GPA stands for Grade Point Average . Now it's basically of four types , which you may face mostly in College academic curriculums in CBCS mode some cases . The four types are:
Now, SGPA is generally calculate your each semester marks . YGPA is calculated based your overall performance in a year (i.e. in two semesters each year). CGPA is calculated based on your overall performance upto your current academic year ( like upto 3rd year, 2nd year etc) and lastly DGPA means your total Grade point average at the time of obtaining Diploma/Degree .
Generally , most of the colleges takes CGPA grades instead of DGPA to calculate his/her academic marks .
CGPA is calculated by summing the grade points of each subjects and then dividing it by the total no of subjects .
Hope this helps !
Hello Aspirant! Since you have 6 subjects in your class 11 and 12, the percentage should be calculated by taking the best of 5 subjects that is leaving either one aside. By taking the best marks out of your 5 subjects your class 12 term 1 result be declared. They can even take the average of all the subjects or just take the best 5 subjects. This is how your percentage will be calculated. Hope this helps!
Hi
You have done 10th in 2017 - 2018.
So,
In case, if it's asking for academic session then fill 2017 - 2018.
But,
If it's asking for the year in which you have passed 10th ,
Then,
Fill 2018 as 10th passing year.
This is because,
You have pursued your 10th in academic session 2017 - 2018 means you would have just entered 10th in the year 2017 and in the year 2018 you appeared for 10th board examination and qualified it , in short you passed 10th in 2018.
Thankyou
