Dear aspirant,
As you are studying in class 12th and you would be giving your 12th boards in the year 2022 so for jee mains you can give attempts in the year 2022,2023,2024 and for jee advanced you can only in the years 2022 and 2023 . In 2024 you won't be eligible to give jee advanced as you can give in only two years consecutively.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

As you are studying in class 12th in 2021-2022 so let me tell you that you are not eligible for jee advanced in the year 2024 and for jee advanced you can give only two attempts consecutively in two successive years that is in 2022 and 2023.
For jee mains you can give in the year 2022,2023 and 2024.
As per the rules of JEE MAINS & ADVANCED if you want to don't appear for the JEE MAINS & ADVANCED 2022 then also you are eligible for the JEE MAINS & ADVANCED 2023 but there is a catch.
JEE MAINS have maximum of 3 attempts i.e., the first attempt is considered to be the year you are in 10+2, the other 2 attempts are in the post 10+2 consecutive years. JEE ADVANCED have maximum of 2 attempts i.e., the first is considered to the year of 10+2 & the other 1 year post 10+2.
So even if you don't sit for the JEE MAINS & ADVANCED keep in mind that for JEE MAINS you will have 1 attempt left after JEE MAINS 2023 & for JEE ADVANCED it would be your final attempt.
