I know that there is much cutoff difference between the academic year 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 in APEAMCET. In 2021-2022 how it will be??

Jiya Garg 25th Dec, 2021

Greetings!

Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test is the entrance exam for admission in 420 college. It is a state level exam. The cutoff varies a lot from 2019-2020 to 2020-2021 because of certain factors mainly because of pandemic.

However,it seems quite difficult to predict the cutoff in year 2021-2022 due to following reasons:-

  • Number of students attempting the paper
  • Difficulty level of exam

This year might cutoff will decrease if pandemic doesn't occur again.

Best of luck.

I have caste and income certificate issued on June 2020 are they valid for applying post metric scholarship of academic year 2021-2022 ?

Ankita Singh 24th Dec, 2021

Hello Vijay,

Caste and income certificate are important documents whether you are applying for seeking admission in any College or applying for scholarship. Based on your income and caste, the government decides that whether you should be given scholarship or not.  The validity of income and caste certificate if for three years, so if your certificate is generated in 2020, so you are very much eligible for applying for session 2021-2022 as your certificate is valid for three years.

So, you can apply for your post matric scholarship on the basis of your income and caste certificate which you have.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

What are primary and secondary standard solutions

Prateek kumar 12th Dec, 2021

Dear student,

Primary standard solution:

  • Primary standard is a reagent which is generally representative of the number of substance contains and easily weighed. very pure, moles the
  • A Primary standard is a reagent that’s stable, it’s not a hydrate /has no water of hydration, and has a high molecular weight.
  • Primary standards are typically used in titration to determine an unknown concentration and in other analytical techniques.
  • High level of purity, low reactivity (high stability), high equivalent weight (to reduce error from mass measurements)
  • Not hygroscopic (to reduce changes in mass in humid versus dry environments), non-toxic, inexpensive and readily available
  • It should have a high relative molecular weight so that weighing errors may be negligible.
  • The substance should be readily soluble under the conditions in which it is employed.

Secondary standard solution

  • Secondary standard is a chemical that has been standardized against a primary standard for use in a specific analysis. Secondary standards are commonly used to calibrate analytical methods.
  • A secondary standard is a substance which may be used for standardization
  • A secondary standard is a standard that is prepared in the laboratory for a specific analysis. It is usually standardized against a primary standard.
  • It follows that a secondary standard solution is a solution in which the concentration of dissolved solute has not been determined from the weight of the compound dissolved but by reaction (titration) of a volume of the solution against a measured volume of a primary standard solution.
  • A secondary standard is a chemical or reagent which has certain properties such as:-
  1. It has less purity than primary standard
  2. Less stable and more reactive than primary standard But its solution remains stable for a long time
  3. Titrated against primary standard

Is CBSE provide passing certificate & marksheet separately for Class 12th in academic year 2020-2021, because I just get only one thing in which MARK STATEMENT Cum CERTIFICATE is written?

Prateek kumar 12th Dec, 2021

Dear student,

No, CBSE Passing Certificate and CBSE Mark sheet both are different. On passing certificate, only qualifying status is provided . However, on mark sheet, complete subject-wise marks will be mentioned.

But in a circular, the CBSE clarified that the combined mark-sheet- cum certificates will be issued to the students of Class 12 in place of a separate mark-sheet and passing certificate.

HELLO EVERYONE, I have completed my Engineering in the academic year 2014-2018, but i have two backlogues cleared in 2021. what is the passing year i.e, 2018 or 2021. Which year I mension in my RESUME 2018 OR 2021

Ayush Maurya 20th Jan, 2022

Hello there

Simply if I would say then you will be 2021 pass out candidate. Don't worry for the thing that when you will be going anywhere in any interviews then they don't generally ask you when you started your course, unless and until they didn't ask the marksheets of a lower semesters.

So you have to state yourself as 2021 pass out as the same will be on your marksheet too.

I hope it helps you!

Thank you!
