hi,
see it would depends on the particular university and institutes decision. neet ug has held on 12th september, 2021. however till now no expected date for results has found. however it is expected that counselling would take full october, 2021. so hence it may possible that classes would start from year ends.
I suggest you to follow NTA website to know about latest details .
if you have participated in neet ug exam 2021, To know about complete list of probable college name, based on your score, category please use Careers360 college predictor tool,

See this year the eligibility of 75% marks in boards is taken off by NTA. So if you apply this year then you would have eligible for the course. But as you are asking for JEE MAINS & Advanced 2022 then it will depend on the situation and the decision by MHRD about this and the Education Minister will inform accordingly. So you can expect a 50% chance of getting the same rule ahead but it may occur that if the condition of COVID improves next year and if offline exams are conducted then you will not be able to sit for JEE MAINS/Advanced as at that time it may occur that 75% eligibility is again put in place.
So if you have applied for JEE MAINS/Advanced this year then you should prepare good as this year the 75% barrier isn't applicable. You can apply for JEE MAINS 4th session, the application form will be available from 9th August to 11th August 2021.
