Yeah! As per the official notification of University of Mumbai, the Assistant professors gets a 3% increment every year in their Basic Pay as per the pay band proposed by the university.

According to the official website of central University of Andhra Pradesh, they have already started new academic for many courses such as B.ed and M.ed etc from 10th March 2021 and for some courses the new academic year will be notified after some period of time in June to August period.

Yes, there is option that you can get back your application fee paid for Seat Allotment in the Counselling Rounds, but you have to follow some certain steps.
First of all, you have to withdraw your application form from the Counselling Process and then you will have to exit from the Counselling Rounds before the start of the last round to be eligible for Fee Reimbursement.

Since you have not mentioned any details regarding the name of the counselling you are inquiring about, I assume it is NEET counselling that you are referring to. If you have accepted the seat allotted to you in the second round of counselling and joined the college, then you are eligible for fee refund. According to the refund policy, the security deposit amount paid, will be refunded to the institution where the candidate has taken admission and will be adjusted against the first year annual fee. This fee will be refunded only after the counseling is completed. If you are still worried ,you may contact and inquire about the same to your college authorities or the counselling helpline.
On the other hand , if this is regarding any other counselling process, then kindly visit their official website and refer their refund policies and rules to get an idea or inquire directly through mail or call. In most cases, the initial security deposits made will be refunded with may be a little deduction like process fee, admission fee etc. Your money will be safe.

GAP certificate is to be provided if there is any gap in the education prior to the course in which you are are currently seeking admission. In your case there is not gap in education. So you do not have to provide GAP certificate for TS ICET counselling. Here is the list of documents that you need to need to provide for documents verification
