hello I want to do p.hd in education but I have not done NET should I have to sit for entrance exam ?I have 78% in my masters and is it possible for this academic session 2020.

ojaswiyolo Student Expert 7th Aug, 2020

Hey Ranjeeta

You can apply for PhD programs even if you have not qualified NET exam yet but  you will have to qualify the written tests and interviews of whichever collge you want to do your phd from. Moreover without any JRF you will have to bear all the expenses of your phd which is  a little difficult for most hence people advise to get a jrf first. All the best.
