I appreciate your choice of following your passion. Look for becoming an actress you need to join some good acting classes and they will help you start your career as an actress. Look for auditions which are happening around you and participate in them. The life of an actress is not easy . you need to do a lot of hard work . try getting some roles in any tv serial or something so that you gain some experience and come in ppeople's eyes. This way you  can start your career as an actress.

If you have taken medical course then you should complete this . And if you dream to become an actor its still day 1 . After completion of your course you should join acting course as well .So that you will have  choice to do acting or go for medical as well... If this is your goal you will definately become an actor !!!!!

i think there is no such a entrance exams for modelling or acting.but some acting schools/institutes may conduct any entrance tests to check your acting ability.

there is no educational qualification is needed for this profession.the first and foremost skill you need to have is you should pose yourself in a best manner for photography.because this profession's first step is portfolio and there is no such a standard institutions for this profession.but some top and prestigious institutes are there,please refer the following list:
