You need to join film institute in delhi also known as Asaian Academy of Film and Television which has wonderful hands on exposure and training to various facets and is eligible for all candidates

There are various courses available for this field, also if you feel you do no need a course you can start straight away by giving auditions for different projects.

First of all It's great that you are following your interest, you should join nation school of drama in Delhi in order to pursue  a career in this field,  then(after you grow as an actor or director)  you can make you portfolio in order to apply for advertisement , modelling 

Or there special school in new york for being a director.  

At least you should try NATIONAL SCHOOL OF DRAMA,  to give yourself a chance.

First of all ,there is no eligibility to be an actor,you just need pure talent and if you really are looking for a course to pursue acting then go join an acting school ,it will help you to become a better actor else you will be behind the camera only.

It doesn't matter if you're from a small place, if your acting skills are good then you can become an actor.

If you're a beginner then find some acting school or college in Bhopal. And if your acting skills are good and want to enhance your skills then try to join some drama/play club which are performed in theatres. Go there and give auditions. Search some casting offices in your area, and go there to give auditions. Participate in street play and theatre play competitions which will help you to increase your acting skills.
