We regret to inform you that you can correct the details during the basic  registrations only in the AIIMS B.Sc Nursing application. The correction date for basic registration was from April 9, 2021 to April 15, 2021. If you have submitted the application after final registration you cannot change any details. You might get your admit card but at the time of counselling or admission you might face problem. There isn't any way you can rectify the mistake.

You cannot make this change in the admit card. But you can apply for B.Arch i.e JEE mains paper 2 currently by accessing the correction window for April and/or may session by choosing the option for it.

You have to log in to the official site https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/webinfo2021/Page/Page?PageId=1&LangId=P and just go to new registration and registration form correction, login using your credentials and go to correction in application form.

I assume you are asking about manipal entrance test 2021, met phase 1 application deadline is Up to 31 March 2021 , where alot booking would be available from  08.04.2021, 10 AM to 12.04.2021, 5 PM,

phase 1 exam date is April 16 - 20,

On completion of the test slot booking,OBTS (ONLINE TEST BOOKING SYSTEM ) will generate the e-hall ticket for download.

In test center you have to carry e hall ticket and one copy of government ID proof.

I would suggest you to write for another attempt (April session) for JEE MAINS 2021. And soon the application form for April attempt will be released on the official website, there you will also get an option to correct the details which you entered wrong and then it would be corrected in the correction window. Kindly note that the window would be open for a very short duration, so keep an eye on the official website.

You should contact the CBSE (Central Board of secondary Education ) office regarding your concern. They may help you with this problem.

You can also contact your school for the reissuing of your Class 12th Admit  card. They surely may have the duplicate copies of the admit cards of the students.
