No it won't be returned to you, instead you should get another print of your Admit card for JEE-Main and application form is not required so get another print of an admit card of JEE-Main and that you can carry it to the examination center but note that this admit card will also be collected from you by the invigilator. So always keep a soft copy of it in your PC/Phone for future reference.

NO, you do not necessarily need to paste the same photograph of yourself in the Examinations as was uploaded in the JEE mains ADMIT Card. I hope that this will help.
See now it is quite late and session 1 is under process and also the issue that you have might put you into trouble at examination center because if the DoB will be matched with your ID proof then you will definitely be facing some complications.
So for session-1 you should write a mail to NTA regarding your issue and this solution will hardly be effective because NTA does not reply such early so what I would recommend you is apply for session 2 as a new candidate with another e-mail ID and Phone number because with this issue you might lose your crucial year so it is better to appear for session 2 with all correct details.
Note that if you get caught with such wrong details then your candidature might get rejected and some actions can be taken against you, so I would recommend you to not appear for session 1 instead apply for session 2 with all correct details and appear for session 2.
Last date for JEE-Main session 2 is June 30th, 2022, so you can apply for it by the deadline.
