If you are using 12th admit card as Identity proof then the Identity number will be your Roll Number/Hall ticket number (which ever mentioned on your 10+2 admit card).

I would also recommend you to read the brochure carefully while filing up the form and see if there are any specification provided or not regarding the Identity proof because, in most of the examination the 10th admit card is used for identity, So kindly verify it for your safety.

Don't worry there is no need to apply again for it but what you can do is, you can edit it during NEET UG correction window. You can re-upload the image of class 10th marksheet in the NEET UG 2022 application form when the correction window will get opened and it is expected to get opened opened once the application process gets over i.e. after May 6th, 2022.

When it will get opened then you can follow the given procedure to make correction in your NEET UG 2022 application :-

If you have provided incorrect details either in the registration form or application form then your candidature might get cancelled at any stage of the selection. Your class 12th roll number will be used to retrieve your score details. You cannot change or correct the registration details once it is completed. You can only change or correct the details in application form before submitting it or during the correction period. If you haven't paid the application fee yet then you may fill another application form using alternate phone number and Email ID.bif you have already submitted the application form then you may have to. apply once again with alternate Email ID and phone number and pay the prescribed application fee once again. Kindly ensure that you have filled correct details before submitting the application form.

So for the purpose of 10th standard result, there various websites available on google, where you can check your result based upon your name and date of birth. These sites do not consider the roll number or hall ticket number.

However, if you still feel uncomfortable with the details, then you can consult your school authorities for the purpose of the details.

you can take black white admit card to the examination. It is not mandatory to take color print of the admit card. But the black white admit card should be clear and you must also take your valid ID proof for the examination without fail.
