• Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS professional examinations

• MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate

• Internship Completion Certificate

• MCI issued registration certificate

• Date of birth proof

• Valid ID proof

• Caste certificate

• Disability Certificate

If you are not able to download your admit card then i suggest you to contact the Office of the Controller of Examinations, BHU, Varanasi on Help Desk Phone Number and email id available on Entrance Test Portal to avail for the provisional admit card of BHU UET 2021. Only the officials can help you with this problem. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the BHU UET 2021 admit card on September 26.  You need to provide your application number and date of birth in order to download your admit card.

If you lose the admit card of NEET PG 2021, you can download it again from the official website of NBE . Also, NBE will send a copy of the admit card to your registered email Id. The admit card can be downloaded any number of times but it is recommended that students keep a soft copy as well.

Hope you are doing great there . Yes you have to upload you admit card of final session, and i think it is score card which is asked and not the admit card . Please confirm this thing .

Even i have the same situation.. There is no admit card in email.. Please someone reply if they know what to do

Did you login to your account?..if its not downloadable in the website then check your registered email ID they send a copy of admit card in the mail. If the problem still exists let Me know.

Yes, you can give your exam.Its just a printing mistake. Don't worry about that just focus on your study. At the time of document verification during as your real dob , it'll not affect term and conditions of ssc mts. You can change it at the time of admission process.
