If you have uploaded postcard size photo and passport size photo different. And the admit card is released. Then you can't change the photo. And the admit card is released then you don't have any problem related to photo. There was given the time for correction but after the time it is not possible to change any changes related to personal information and photo.

No, now examination center cannot be changed as the admit cards have been issued and also the correction window is closed now. So the examination center allotted to you is your final examination center, you have to visit to that center and appear for JEE-Main 2021 examination.

As per the guidelines the candidate should carry the following things to the JEE-Main examination center :-

• Admit Card
• One original valid photo identity proof issued by the government that can either be PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar card with photograph, E-Aadhar/Ration Card/Aadhaar enrollment number with photo.
• One passport size photograph (same as uploaded in the online application form of JEE Main 2021). This photograph will be required by the invigilator to paste it on the attendance sheet at the centre.
• Duly filled in self declaration form (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website.
• Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml) also it will be provided at the examination center as well.
• Personal transparent water bottle.
• Mask and gloves.
• For drawing test (B.Arch paper part 3) - candidates have to bring their own geometry box, pencils, erasers, colour pencils/ crayons.
• If you are diabetic then authorities have allowed carrying eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle. But note that no candidate is allowed to carry packed foods like chocolate/candy/sandwich into the examination hall.

Items which are prohibited at exam center are also enlisted below :-

Pen/Pencil, electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, slide rules, log tables, printed or written material, bits of papers, pager, or any other device.

Don't worry, what you should do is just paste your same passport size photograph that you have uploaded during the application process and also sign it by yourself with the same signature that you have uploaded in the application form of JEE-Main 2021.
