I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that aeronautical engineering is the specialized branch of engineering and study of science that deals with design, construction, maintenance of various aircrafts and their components. Candidates who have an inclination towards airplanes and their mechanisms can opt to study aeronautical engineering. Very few colleges offer aeronautical engineering in India while many offer aerospace engineering which is closely related.
On an average an Aeronautical Engineer earns a salary of Rs 5-6 lakhs per annum, however with growth in qualification and experience this amount goes on increasing. Aeronautical engineering syllabus includes topics like Aerospace Materials and Manufacturing Technology, Aircraft Structures, Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics and Mechanics, Flight Mechanics and Aerodynamics, Aircraft Design, Avionics Navigation to name a few.
Further, if you want to know about the eligibility criteria then here is the details :
Candidates are required to qualify in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced by securing the minimum qualifying percentile.
Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate percentage of 70-75 in Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics in their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board/university.
