The cut off for Computer Science Engineering was as follows in 2020 round 3 of counselling
Considering the previous year cut off you have chances of getting seat in CSE in Sikkim and Jaipur campus. You also have chances of getting seat in Aeronautical Engineering in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. The cut off rank was 16260. However, cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Aeronautical Engineering is the field that studies with aerodynamical systems which is supremely bounded to the atmospheric level i.e., it don't deal with outer space devices such as Rockets.
But this fields are very much interrelated so you will find the essence of both in your BE/BTech.
Now for the course you can take admission either in private colleges or government colleges depending on your interest. For Government colleges you have to get good ranks in JEE MAINS/State level entrances depending on the status of the college.
