Every year cutoff  will change  based on some aspects so be hopeful.

A candidate who had scored rank 13634 had secured admission to B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture In University of Agricultural Science, Bengaluru (GKVK). What could be considered a safe score would be round 13k as the cut off increase or decrease every year based on factors like

• Difficulty level of the Examination
• Total Number of Vacant seats for admission
• Total number of candidates appeared
• Highest score

There are 1021 seats in total in agriculture in ICAR-AIEEA (Indian Council of Agricultural Research - All India Entrance Exam for Admission) and 7.5 % of the seats are reserved for the ST category. Which means nearly 75 seats are reserved for the ST category.
