I have rural cota and 3B category can I get Bsc Ag college of shivamigga or horticulture clg if my score in 2020 conducted CET exam in Bsc Ag ranking is 9,874 in 2nd or 1st round please suggest and help me please

College of agricultural engineering Bapatla cut off ranks 2019

Hello ravvetejajinka!

As you must know that the entrance exam held by the Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance test under the state of Andhra Pradesh. So, their released 2019 cut-off rank was different regarding numerous categories , as-

For general aspirants the rank is around 92122.
For OBC candidates the rank is almost close to the general category.
For SC and ST category the ranks were 49282 and 81278 respectively.
For PWD candidates the rank was around 92122
For BC-B category the rank was 59805
For BC-E category the rank was 103116
For BC-D category the rank was 54449
And for Economically weaker sections the rank was around 92112

hello sir, I have scored 75% in PCM board and 70 marks in KCET 2020 and I have scored 69% in PCB board and 93 marks in KCET PCB then what rank should I get in KCET 2020in both engineering and bsc ag

Hi,
Assuming that you have a residence of Karnataka,
For PCM Your General Predicted rank range   is 15001 - 20000 .
For PCB Your General predicted rank range is 3001 - 5000

You can check the previous year cut off, college and branch in the link below.
This is based on last year's cut off, it may varies due to many reasons such as students response to colleges, number of candidates appeared, question difficulty level etc.
Karnataka Examination authority (KEA) hasn't announced the cut off or when it will be released yet. It will be released in opening rank and closing rank.
KEA releases cut off after the end of each counselling round.
KCET cut off are different for different colleges as there are number of colleges. It also has different cut off for different course and counselling. It depends on your rank which college you will secure.

Firstly you need to check the eligibility criteria for the course. The Eligibility criteria to pursue b.tech/ b.e agricultural engineering course states that the Candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCM Subject combinations from a recognised Board of education.

There are a lot of Colleges in Telangana offering this course. Some of them are-

ANGRAU(Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University ) accepts the PG courses in their university.

ANGRAU accepts the admission only through the ICAR-AIEEA 2020 examination, which is conducted by the NTA. The one who had qualified in this examination will be eligible to apply for a admission in the ANGRAU.The eligibility is that admission into Masters courses, in the qualifying examination, the candidates must have secured minimum OGPA of 6.60 / 10.00 SC/ ST- 5.60/10.00.

One also can get admission in MSC agriculture in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana without ICAR examination.They can apply for Andhra university common entrance test.

acharya NG ranga agricultural university also conducts admission test for MSc. Hope this will help you.
