i am 21 years old and i pursue my future in agriculture engineering so my age wil matter in any college government college admission i was pass out class 12th in 2020
Hello Aspirant,
Age doesn't matter at all. If your age is between 15-24 years then you can definitely apply for b tech .
Eligibility for agriculture engineering: candidate must have completed class 12th PCM/PCB from a recognised Board with at least 50% marks.

my rank in telagana eamcet 2022 is 16836 i want to do agriculture engineering can i select this course during councelling? i f i get seat in which college i will? and can i get good package at the end of the my engineering? please answer i cannot get to decide
Hello,
The cut off for colleges depend upon number of reasons such as number of applicants, difficulty level of paper, performance of candidates in the examination, the seat matrix of seats etc.
------ To predict the colleges where you might have chances of getting seat in based on your performance in the TS-EAMCET 2022, kindly check out the Careers 360's college predictor. Here is a link to it -
https://dqxeclau.top/ts-eamcet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=ini-cet_cp
------ With the college predictor you get to know about the colleges where you have good chance, medium chance and tough chances of getting seat. Also you will get to know actual cut offs.
The chances provided are based on minute details such as Rank, Caste, Homestate, gender etc.
I hope you find the answer helpful
Thank you.
agriculture engineering me bahut kam palecment kyun hua?
Hello,
Agricultural Engineering relates to the science and technology of producing food grains. It applies principles of engineering science and technology to production and processing in the field of agriculture. Agricultural engineering has a huge scope in the future.
However, as of now there are very less job opportunities available for Agricultural engineering. There are not a lot of companies that recruit students from Agricultural engineering. There is a lot more scope of CSE and ECE right now which might be the reason there were very less placements for Agricultural engineering.
I hope this helps,
All the best
B tech agriculture engineering college fees tell me sir please
Hello,
Agricultural technology, engineering, and science are the main areas of study for the four-year BTech Agricultural Engineering undergraduate degree.
The BTech Agricultural Engineering program's admittance is determined by different engineering entrance exams. Candidates for BTech Agricultural Engineering institutes must have completed their 12th grade in the scientific stream with a grade point average of at least 50%.
The usual course price ranges between 50K and 2 lakh, depending on the type of Institute.
Thank You
can agriculture engineering can take mpc student
Hello,
Yes, you may pursue a profession in agriculture engineering if your mpc covers math, physics, and chemistry. Any student can switch majors, but it will be challenging since you will have to work really hard.
The student must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/ Biology with a minimum of 50%.
The best universities include -
IIT Kharagpur, Central institute of agricultural university Bhopal,Birsa agricultural university Ranchi and many more.
Thank You
placement details for agriculture engineering
Hey
Agricultural Engineering is the branch of engineering that applies engineering science and technology practices to the efficient production and processing of food, fibre, feed and fuels. Agricultural Engineering integrates technology into farming. Some significant jobs of agricultural engineers involve designing equipment and machinery for farming, building farm structures, biogas generation, and the conversation of natural resources.
India being an agro-based economy, agricultural engineers have great career opportunities after successful completion of their course. They can select the kind of job profile they wish to pursue. They can work as scientists, researchers, horticulturalists, agronomists and so on. There is no dearth of opportunity for deserving candidates. Listed below are certain job profiles that students can go for after completion of their B.Tech. in Agriculture Engineering:
Agriculture Research Scientist
Soil and Plant Scientist
Food Safety Applications Engineer
Conservation Scientist and Forester
scope of agriculture engineering vs computer engineering
Hi,
Every branch in engineering have its own importance. Engineering is a field, which allow particular to be specific about their interest. It is highly recommended, instead of following the population, build your own interest and work on it.
Agriculture Engineering:
It is also known as bio systems engineering. It is field of study for designs principles for agriculture industry. It offers Under graduate (4 years), Post Graduate (2 years) and Phd (5 years max) programs.
The eligibility criteria is to score minimum of 50% aggregate in class 12th for Bachelor's program, 55% in B.Tech for post graduation and 60% for Phd. If you are applying for B.Tech program, you must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subject combination in class 12th.
There are 78 government colleges and 155 private colleges offers the course. The fees varies between 15000 INR to 5 Lakh INR depending on the college.
These are certain colleges offering agriculture engineering:
- Integral University, Lucknow
- Vellore Institute of technology
- Sharda University, Noida
- IIT Madras
- IISc Banglore
- IIT Kharagpur
The salary that is offered after doing the graduation varies between 15000 INR to 60000 INR per month depending on the program level. There is not any upper bound to the salary.
The scope of agriculture engineering is really good. As we know, agriculture field will never stop from growing as everybody needs food, so it is a great choice if you are interested in the fields.
Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology branch:
If you are into computers world, enjoy doing programming and a bit of mathematics, then it is the field for you. Certain colleges do offer the same degree with IT branch tag, but subjects and scope is same.
It has wide scope with unlimited growth of technology. You will study C/C++,Java, Data structures and algorithms and much more and explore new things. But note that it is an endless learning experience.
To be eligible for CSE/IT one needs to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subject combination during class 12th. There are many popular national and state level entrance exams like JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, WBJEE etc.
It also offers UG, PG and Phd programs. The fees varies between 50000 INR to 25 Lakh INR depending on the college.
The average salary one can expect is 40000 INR per month. The job roles that you will be offered are Computer Systems Engineer, Web developer , software engineer etc.
Top state/national level colleges are:
- Institute of engineering and technology, Lucknow
- JSS Academy of technical education, Noida
- Galgotias college of engineering and technology, Greater Noida
- Kamla Nehru institute of technology
- IITs , NITs and IIITs
The scope Computer Science is vast and I highly recommend to come to this field if you are interested.
All the best.
