hello my eamcet rank is 39163 can I get seat in govt agriculture college

kumardurgesh1802 25th Sep, 2024

Hello there,

With an EAMCET rank of 39163, securing a seat in a government agriculture college may be challenging, but it’s not impossible. The availability of seats can vary each year based on factors such as the total number of applicants, their performance, and the specific college's cutoff for that year.

Considerations:

  1. Previous Year Cutoffs : Check the previous year’s cutoffs for government agriculture colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Some colleges might have higher or lower cutoffs, so this can give you an idea of your chances.

  2. Counseling Process : Make sure to participate in the counseling process. Government colleges usually reserve a certain percentage of seats for local candidates, and being from the region can improve your chances.

  3. Choices and Preferences : During counseling, be strategic with your choice filling. Prioritize government colleges that you are interested in, and be open to other courses in agriculture if needed.

  4. Private Colleges : If you’re unable to secure a government seat, consider private agriculture colleges as they may have more lenient cutoffs.

    Conclusion:

While your rank may make it challenging to get into a government agriculture college, staying informed about the counseling process and reviewing the cutoff trends will provide you with the best opportunities.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

without giving agriculture practical exam is i found bsc agriculture admission with KCET ranking

Nitin Kumar 13th Jun, 2024

In most cases, securing admission to a B.Sc. Agriculture program through KCET (Karnataka CET)  requires appearing for and qualifying in the Agricultural Practical Test along with your KCET ranking.

The Agricultural Practical Test is often conducted separately from the KCET written exam. It might have a qualifying weightage in the final selection process.
