In response to your query the organising committee for the examination has the rule that the Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates should have scored 40% of passing marks in Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate in the qualifying examination . No, eligibility doesn't change every year, it has remained unchanged as of now incase even if it gets changed then authorities will inform about it but the chances for change in eligibility criteria is extremely low i. e almost 0.
