If you want to take admission in AIIMS Delhi, appear for NEET-UG exam which is conducted by NTA examination- National Testing Agency in which General Catagories you have to aim 675 marks, percentile is 50th and for reserved Catagories such as ST/SC and OBC is 650 marks and percentile is 40th.
The eligibility criteria for persons with locomotory disabilities in their lower limbs in clause 4(3) will be the minimum marks required is 40% instead of 50% is taken together for qualifying and for enterance examination to take admission in AIIMS Delhi.

AIIMS M.Sc. 2022 is a national-level entrance exam conducted every year for admitting aspirants into the Post Graduate science courses offered by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, and its affiliates.
Eligibility Requirements for various M.Sc Courses(including biochemistry) in the AIIMS entrance exam:
Science graduates in any stream as well as bachelor's degree holders in veterinary science or pharmacy are eligible to apply. Such candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
MBBS/BDS graduates having 55% or above marks can also pursue any of the master's degree programs.

Though admission in Aiims for MBBS is through NEET, it has its own eligibility criteria which is given below:-
To be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English as core /main subjects and must have got:-
at least 60 % in aggregate of PCB and English in 12th examination if belongs to general /obc category
at least 50% in aggregate of PCB and English if belongs to st/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB and English in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.
†††† IMPORTANT NOTE :- Those who have passed biology as an additional subject as also eligible provisionally until supreme court gives its judgement

NOTE :- Important thing to note is while AIIMS considers aggregate in PCBE i. e physics chemistry biology and English , Neet considers only PCB aggregate.

Hi there. In response to your query the organising committee for the examination has the rule that the Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates should have scored 40% of passing marks in Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate in the qualifying examination . As you are well above that percentage you would be eligible for the examination.
