AIIMS kalayani is latest established medical College which had its first batch in 2019 whereas if you see KGMU it's old and founded in 1906. GENERAL- 649
OBC- 643
EWS- 642
SC- 570
ST- 533
Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it to be general. So a safe score for you to get AIIMS Kalyani in 2023 would be 655+ as the cut-off varies every year depending on various factors such as the category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.

Since you have mentioned you belong to the OBC category, so according to the previous year NEET cutoff for OBC category, in order to get safe admission in AIIMS Rishikesh, you have to score at least 550-600+ marks in NEET exam for MBBS course admission. For general category the required marks is 690+ in NEET exam.

For getting a seat in AIIMS Jodhpur, which is one of the best peripheral aiims, you need to clear neet examination with the best possible marks as the cutoffs for older aiims is very high.
Once the neet result is out, you should check out for your possibilities in your preferred college i.e. Aiims jodhpur by analyzing previous years cutoffs and make a preference list of your desired colleges to be selected once the counseling process begins.
Since, aiims is a central institute, so all the seats will be allotted through AIQ counselling only and no state quota is considered.
Closing ranks for aiims jodhpur for 2021 were 633 in Round 1 and 649 in Round 2.

786 for round 1

AIIMS medical College cut off marks are usually higher than normal govt medical College due to their name.
AIIMS kalayani is recently established in 2019 and only three batches have been admitted till now in this college.
AIIMS kalyani cut off marks for Gen category students was AIR 4420 ( marks approximately 648+ marks) in NEET UG 2021.
So if you want to get admission in this college in Gen category then your score must be 650+ marks and rank below 4k to have your chances to get this college.
