However, for this you need to choose the PCMB course, which includes the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology also. Further, after choosing this branch in intermediate and after giving the exams of JEE and NEET you will be able to crack these universities.

I am sorry to say aspirant , but only female candidates can apply for AIIMS nursing. Boy's candidates are not allow to go for nursing in AIIMS.
For reference , i am mentioning the eligibility criteria :
To apply for the nursing you have to passed your class 12th with any recognised board having English , biology , physics and chemistry as mandatory subjects.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi offers M. Sc in Reproductive Biology and Clinical Embryology course. Admission is based on entrance exam conducted by the Institute. It is a two years full-time Post Graduation degree course in Reproductive Biology and Clinical Embryology. There are 5 seats for this course in this College.
Candidates having Bachelor's degree in MBBS, B. Sc, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, B.V.Sc or equivalent qualification can apply for the course. Candidates must have minimum 55 percentage in MBBS for general category candidates and for reservation category candidates minimum 50 percentage is required. For rest all courses candidates must have minimum 60 percentage for General Category candidates and minimum 55 for reservation category candidates.

No there is not a PhD program for students of food nutrition.
You can take another college for a PhD. there are many universities all over India which provide PhD in food and nutrition.AIIMS is the only medical-related PhD program in embryology, pathology, etc.

Be it Aiims Uttarakhand or any government or private college, you can't get admission in mbbs through CUET. This is because
Neet is the only entrance through which one get into mbbs in all college.
Neet is a National level entrance examination and the single entrance examination by qualifying which you can get admission in all the medical colleges be it private or government including AIIMS and JIPMER for
MBBS
BDS
Ayush courses( Ayurveda i. e BAMS , Unani i.e B. U. M. S, Siddha i. e BSMS, and Homeopathy i.e BHMS ) and
veterinary i. e BVSc. ( for BVsc some states also have their own entrance like RPVT in Rajasthan for state quota seats, neet is mandatory only for all india quota bvsc seats offered through AIPVT counselling)
NEET is also accepted for Bsc nursing in colleges like BHU, Indian Army bsc nursing etc.

To be eligible for neet one must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category. In order to appear for NEET UG entrance exam, candidates must have minimum education qualification required and age limit which says candidates must have minimum 17 years age on or before 31st December in the year of taking admission. There is no upper age limit.
Candidates must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and English as core subject in 10+2 or equivalent exam.
General Category or Unreserved Category candidates must have minimum 50 percentage, OBC/ SC/ ST Category students must have 45 percentage and PwD Category candidates must have minimum 40 percentage in 10+2 or equivalent exam in relevant stream and subjects from a recognised Board or College.
