AIIMS
Hello Aspirant,
So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, to get seat in AIIMS Bhubaneshwar you should try to score at least 700 marks out of 720 and your All India rank should be under 500 in NEET UG 2022.
You can check out last year's counselling allotment results from the official site as given below :-
https://mcc.nic.in/WebinfoUG/Link/ArchievEventsAll
It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of cut-off for any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for NEET UG
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

HI,
For AIIMS Bhopal you will need to score 625 at least.
This is just speculated score after taking into consideration cut off trends of last three years. But anything below 500 won’t get you Govt MBBS seat in All India counselling. Anything above 600 is a safe score. Anything above 650 will get you MBBS in one of the best colleges.
To get a seat in a government medical college, you need to get around 550-600 out of 720 (for general category student). Hence you should target to score above 600 to get a seat via All India 15% quota. Cut off marks for state quota varies per state but still you need to fetch more than 550 marks. The real competition lies between 600-650. This is where you will be securing a seat in a medical college but your marks will decide your college. Above 650, you get all good colleges. If you are aspiring for MAMC,UCMS, KEM, VMMC, LHMC etc - you will be needing at least 650 marks. And for your dream destination AIIMS, New Delhi - you will need to score 675 marks.
To get admission in AIIMS Bhopal, you have to be score more than 665 marks to be on a safer side for general category student after AIIMS DELHI most of the students go for AIIMS JODHPUR and AIIMS BHOPAL and Total number of seats in AIIMS BHOPAL -150.
HOPE THIS HELPS.
Good luck,
Guessing it's about AIIMS Delhi
Making prediction is difficult as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appeared in the neet exam,
-----------) difficulty level of neet examination
-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) performance of different students in the examination,
-----------) the category you belong etc.
When we go through previous year trend then,
In neet 2021 cut off for AIIMS Delhi is provided below category wise :-
Category cut off rank
General 53
Ews 256
Obc 254
Sc 875
St 4820
You can check the same by downloading the result pdf available on the official website of MCC the link is provided below
https://mcc.nic.in/WebinfoUG/File/GetFile//?FileId=4531&LangId=P
So, if you from st category then to get a seat in Aiims Delhi you should target at least a rank of at least around 4820 i. e 650 marks in neet 2022

Reading the books of 11th and 12th is required but they are not sufficient. If you want to go for the Reproductive Biology & Clinical Embryology course then you need to read your UG course books of Biology, Anatomy, Microbiology & Zoology will be required. So you should try to study in a comprehensive way and not only the 11th and 12th books.
