Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing good. It's great to see your enthusiasm!
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that there is no particular syllabus prescribed for the same. Aspirants are required to know the basics of life science, along with a much finer knowledge of reproductive biology, molecular biology and genetics. (As per the question paper trend since the last few years)
Also, you can expect few general questions from topics trending in science (eg. covid). There are no questions from physics or maths.
Good luck!
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that the AIIMS MSc Exam dates have not been released yet. However, the entrance exam for MSc reproductive biology and clinical embryology was held on 27th June (Sunday) in 2021. i.e., the last year.
